I just placed an order for pickup recently, it went better than I expected. The online stock was actually accurate, and my order was ready when I got there. Since this just happened, it definitely left a good impression on me. I’d use pickup again if it stays this easy

The staff were really helpful today and, i think they made things a lot easier for me. I had a bit of trouble figuring something out, and they seemed happy to help.

The delivery crew from American Freight was really great. They called before they came, got here during the time window, and were super careful bringing everything inside. Both guys were polite and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, even when I had a couple questions. They even cleaned up the packing stuff before they left, which I really appreciated. Just a really smooth delivery overall...

I filed a warranty claim for my couch and, somehow against all odds, it was actually easy. They covered it with no hassle, which is definitely not what I was bracing myself for

They did help me in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I would’ve expected for something that seemed straightforward. Common sense kind of says a simple issue shouldn’t take that long, but at least it got handled.

I reached out to customer service expecting a hassle, but they actually sorted it out way faster than I thought. The woman I spoke with was really nice and kept me updated the whole time. So yeah, be aware that delivery issues can happen, but in my case they handled it the right way and I ended up happy

I stopped in to check out a sofa and asked a few questions about delivery and the warranty. The associate was friendly and did their best to help, and they seemed to know the basic stuff well, haha.
When I asked more specific questions about the material and how long the floor model had been there, they weren’t totally sure and had to check with someone else. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just kind of average. I got some of the info I needed, but not everything

I bought a couch and ended up having to call about the protection plan after a small issue came up with it. The first person I talked to didn’t really explain things that clearly, so I was left still wondering what was supposed to happen next.
I called back and the second rep was definitely nicer and actually got me the info I needed, but the whole thing took longer than I thought it would. It wasn’t awful or anything, just one of those experiences where it was okay, but not exactly great.

The install guy showed up late, and the whole setup felt sloppy. It was annoying to deal with, and if this is the kind of service I can expect going forward, I might start looking at other options.

The prices were lower than most of the other places I checked, and the discount was right there where I could see it, so I didn’t feel like I had to dig around or second-guess whether I was actually getting a deal.
Checkout was easy too, which I really appreciated because I hate when a good price suddenly gets complicated at the end. I ended up saving more than I thought I would, and that gave me a little relief instead of buyer’s remorse. If the prices stay this reasonable, I’d definitely shop there again
